Due to the perishable nature of our products, Smunchie fruit chips cannot be returned once delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at official-admin@smunchiefruitchips.com with your order number and product photos.

Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
